Pump handle was not working. There was no sign and the pump did take my credit card. When I went to speak to the person working there, he asked if there was a cone in front of the pump. There was, but it was right up against the pump and there was no indication it was there to block someone from parking there or using the pump. I told him he should put up a sign.

I used pump number 7 and it was out of receipt paper. I had to enter the store and wait in line to obtain my receipt.

I tried to pay at the pump, The reader did not work or the attendant never turned on the machine. I went inside and the attendant said he was going to turn on the pump for 35$. I pumped gas for 23$. I went inside and bought a six pack for 10$. Attendant said I had to pay again because the 12$ was going to be refund. I don't understand why they just don't keep my card and open it and charge when I finish, or don't close the charge until I leave. I basically had a 35$ charge and another charge for 12$. My gas was $23.50 and the beer was $11.00 but I had to make two transactions instead of just paying the one charge of 35$.

The attendant was not visible and was not readily available to answer my question. She then sowed up and I asked about a special posted. However, she said that it was no longer available eventgough it was posted. I informed her that if it was posted then it should be available. She drew a blank stare. I said never mind and took the poster down and handed it to her. I got something cheape r.

Gas price about the same as any station around. That same CC reader has not been working for some time now. Attendant has been notified on previous occasions. This time, attendant wanted me to tell him how much gas my car would take to which I did not know. He said that unused money would be credited back to my card automatically which I did not trust. No price incentive is given to use this station such as using Discover Card. Overall, it is not worth my time to stop at this station even if it is along the way.

Lines very long. Not enough pumps. Big tractor trailer with a long flatbed was pumping gas but blocking the pumping area and could not go around trailer. Had to back up and then wait for a pump

IT WAS NOT OPERATING A PUMP

On that day and time of the visit to pump gas on my truck and get a cup of coffee. I ran into a problem. I'm more than sure that you all want to know about that problem. "RIGHT" Well the problem is that there was two tractors with trailers pumping diesel and about three to four tractors waiting to pump fuel. Now that's only on two pumps on one side of the facility. On the other side of the facility you also had two tractors pumping fuel. These tractors are not small. So if you look at the gas station it looks super crowded and you can barely drive around the tractors to park for fuel. Now " to park for fuel means my Chevy 4 door reg. truck". Oh and one more thing. You have a rep. from these tractors company walk from one end to the other making sure that these trucks are fueled properly and place a seal on them. If this continues I will be going to another gas station. THANKS from dissatisfied customer
