not your fault that gas is too high

entrance not as convient to get in and out

The way that the drive around isn't very good to being too small making it hard to get to the pumps quickly.

went in side to purchase a few items and the line at register was very long

The price of the gas was higher than the next station I passed:-(

Pump hoses need to be longer to extend to other side of the vehicle. This is a one way drive in so pump availability is limited.

The gas price was more expensive than another station I passed on my way home :-(

This is a tourist area and the wait inside the store was longer than I expected but understandable

convenient, quick, easy, never have to wait, competitive prices
