I have been going to the Murphy USA down the road from my house, for a while. I have never had a problem

The gas nozzle did not shut off when the tank was almost filled. The gas continued to flow and run down the side of my car. For some reason the latch on the trigger did not function properly and shut off the flow of gasoline.
