I bought a bottle of complete fuel system cleaner that cost 6.99 and the bottle was opened already. I showed the attendant and she said that there was nothing that she could do. All I wanted was another bottle because over half of the bottle that I purchased was empty. She was very rude and told me that if I didn't like it don't come back. You need to go back and look at the transaction on camera. You won't believe how this lady talked to me. She was very confrontational, I tried to buy a carton of cigarette and once again the attendant which was on her cell phone the entire time. She got mad at me because I was trying to compare prices on cigarettes. Well after you go back and look at the incident on tape you will see why I will never visit that store again. Its ashamed because I always try to get my gas and cigarettes at that location. Please look into this because there are several people that would love to have that job.

i used my debit card at the pump to get my receipt right then, but the working pump, didn't give me my receipt.

I was satisfied. I clicked the wrong circles. I like Murphy Express. This is where I go to get gas the majority of the time. I like everything about Wal-Mart companies.

The attendant was very ghetto!! She was talking to someone on the phone I walked up and stood there for maybe 3 seconds and had to greet her cause she was too busy with her conversation in my face! I had to ask for my receipt actually yell for it over her conversation after she looked at me crazy for still standing in line!! Very rude!!

Attendant was not outgoing nor expressed any knowledge of what customer service entails. Didnt express basic terminolgy in the situation according to actions.

I always buy diesel fuel. I use a card to speed my purchase. I always have to get in line wait as long as 10 minutes just to get a receipt. There is never any paper in either diesel pump. This causes me time I need to do my work. I ask each time I have been there why no paper and no one knows and the attitude is no one cares. I stopped using the Roebuck, alabama store for this same reason. I would rather pay a few cents more, get my receipt at the pump. So I will use the Shell station down the road.
