The pump would not take my card. That has happened to me on the last two visits. The pump kept stopping while I was pumping gas.

There where people in line and the cashier was stocking products. Once i got to the register she made me wait where she could continue to stick cigarettes. It was freezing cold outside and she could have moved us a lot faster. It seems like she didn't care about people in line, just wanted to do other things.

I wanted the 2 for one salted peanuts. They were out so I picked up the next available ones for 2 for $1.09 I guess they were not the same because she took one away from me and said get another which I did. I guess that was wrong too. I ended up paying $2.20 instead of $1.20.

When I got to the window the attendant was taking things out of cartons and putting them on shelves beside the register. I could tell she saw me out of the corner of her eye. She did not greet me or acknowledge my presence for the first few minutes. She just continued to take things out of cartons and put them on shelves. I stood patiently through this without saying a waord. She finally ask if she could help me. I told her I wanted to purchase 2 cartons of Maverick 100 menthol gold cigarettes. She was headed to the wrong cartons of cigarettes, so I told here what color the cartons where and where to find them on her shelve. She rang them up and put them outside the window. I twice asked her to put them in a bag. She handed me an empty bag with only the receipt in it. When I asked her to put the merchandise in the bag, she got really huffy and surly with me, like it was really too much trouble for her to put the merchandise in the bag. I have been coming to this store ever since it opened and I have always had friendly attendants who could not seem to do enough to make my shopping experience a good one. This is the first time I have had a surly attendant wait on me.

The attendant was the problem, she was eating and talking on phone using ear buds. No greeting, No thank you. I could not understand the total of the sale because she had food in her mouth. I go to this store 3 or more times a week, I go to a Murphy USA store everyday. This attendant is new and needs a lot of training in the standard operating procedure.

pay at pump so i don't have to deal with clerks or wait in line. when receipt doesn't print i have to deal with clerk & wait in line. clerks there never care or apologize or attempt to fix or add paper to pumps that don't print receipt.
