Tried to make purchase at inside register but the associate was too busy printing and selling lotto tickets. Told me it would be a few minutes. I chose not to wait.

punched to pay inside, selected grade and never got to 'begin fueling' - had to start over 4 times after 3rd time send passenger back in (she had gone in first to get soda) to tell attendant and then it worked

The offer for 10cent off per gal was a hassle. First time I pumped my gas and the went in and purchased Pepsi product and was told I had to left them know ahead of time to get code. Then the next week I went in to purchase Pepsi products first and was told to go pump gas. So I paid at pump and went back in, I was. Told I should paid inside for them to give the ten cents off. It's so confusing I know customer are not getting the offer because of hassle, otherwise everyone was really nice.
