The attendant didn't greet me and once I was ready to checkout, I was just standing there, waiting for him to finish typing something on the computer, then he finally told me he was waiting on me. I've been in customer service for over 10 years and I wouldn't dare finish a task, while a customer is standing there, waiting to be checked out, without speaking to them. Very unprofessional.

I had paid for my gas then went to get something to drink when I heard the cashier telling the next customer about a chance to win $100 gas. When I went to pay for my drink purchase I had to ask the cashier about it without her volunteering as she had done the previous customer.

The attendants were great, they handled customers to the best of there ability. The problem was with the system. I was in there for at least 20 minutes waiting for the IT to fix the problem. The Cashier was on the phone with them the whole time making sure the problem was being worked on. I was not satisfied with how long it took for the IT Department on the phone to fix the problem.

Upon arrival, all attendants were outside. I waited approximately 5 minutes for someone to come inside. When she did come inside, she was out of breath and seemed agitated. I then told her what I needed and had to show her where they were. She could not figure out her left from right, I finally told her to go the other way!! Pin pad was messed up and instead of using the register with it working they took more time for me to have to sign a receipt. When I left she didn't say a word, only left out the side door again!!! I'm very dissatisfied with this location at this time.

I pulled up at pump #2 to fill my car with gas. I paid at the pump using my credit card and selected regular unleaded gas (white label) at the price of $2.19.9. I returned to my car and until the gas stopped pumping. When I got back to the pump I realized that premium unleaded gas pumped in my tank although I selected regular. I went inside and reported the issue to the two gentlemen behind the counter. I explained that the gas and price I received was not what I had selected. The gentleman at the register offered to refund my money but the second gentleman told him that he couldn't because the gas was already in my car. I asked them to check the pump to see if it was malfunctioning and they said they would but no one exited the store to see. The gentleman at the register look at something on the computer and said "you know what, it might be." He didn't explain but I took that to mean that everyone who pumped gas at that pump received super unleaded gas at the higher price of $2.69.9. Like many, I live on a budget and cannot afford to give money away to Murphy Gas or any other business for that matter. I have never mistakenly selected premium gas. I always use reg.
