I consider 'satisfield' to be a very good rating and reserve Highly for times when there is something extra special that occurs.

The fuel price is 1 penny cheaper than near by competitor. If price was better I would be Highly Satisfied. It took a little while to get to the counter. 2 customers were in front of me. 1 customer was slow which caused delay. If 2 registers were open I would be Highly Satisfied.

Never give "perfect" ratings as is no such thing. Did have to go inside and request receipt as unable to get at the pump

The pump was pumping slow and the cashier was not very knowledgable in that they didn't know I could pay after I pumped the gas.
