I am a regular customer. Everytime I go inside the store there is nothing. The products is always out or never ordered. I wanted several tobacco products that they stay out of everytime I go to this store! I couldn't purchase alcohol or other products because there was not a bag inside of the store! Everytime you tell Shantrell the manager whom I believe was managing the store on airline before this location anything about product or ordering she gets a nasty attitude not only with the customers but the vendors too I have witnessed it several times. Shantrell does not enforce ordering products for customers. She always have a nasty attitude, she get many complaints and nothing is never done. Something really needs to be done about her, her attitude, managing and ordering. You will not only lose 1 loyal customer, you will lose several loyal customers and sales.

First, I requested two lottery tickets and was told it was after 9PM so the tickets could not be sold. I handed the clerk a $10.00 bill for my purchase. I then stood on the side because there was a line behind me. I counted my change and was three cents short. I confronted the clerk and told her about it. She said that she didn’t have any pennies in the register. I said you just going to take my money because you don’t have proper change and then I told her she needs to finish up with me before serving anyone else. To which she replied with a funky attitude that she will serve who she wants to next, per se. I told her. that SHOULD be me since she had shorted my change. She went to ranting about her register not having the change as if that was my fault. She carried on as if I was one her, perhaps, homeless bicycle riding customers that was seated just outside the entrance door and she acted as if she has ready access to the military, if need be. She finally reached in a purse & handed me three cents. I then re-counted my change & left the premises.

For several weeks/months there has been some “Homeless,” suspect looking “White Men” hanging around outside the store. On one occasion a few weeks ago the store clerk rushed me out so she could attend to one of the homeless vagrants who walked inside stating that he “needed a bucket.” It’s my sincere belief that those vagrants are being allowed to stand by and perhaps be used as part of some illegal “Drug” activity. They have also been observed constantly hanging around a pharmacy located just next door to Murphy’s. They ask for money and other favors from customers as they are going inside the store(s) to make legal purchases.

first off, the pump did not shut off, I was cleaning my windshield and only knew it when I smelled the gas, the attendant said" they never cut off in the cold weather" I said " why don't you tell somebody" she said we did, I guess the means you because there were no signs anywhere... I have only been pumping gas for 60+ years and the cold weather has never been the source of pump malfunction...what does she think the people up north do in cold weater, I guarantee you they don't stand outside for any time at all to watch the pump

The pumps for the gas are to slow. This has been a problem on other visits also I just never took the survey. It took five mins to pump 1.6 gallons of gas. I gave up and went to a competitor to fill up my vehicle. Not the first thine this has happened.

The attendant made a BIG stink about me picking up extra serving cups for my PURCHASE of what she had just pointed to as Hot Links after I specifically asked her; since there were no markers on any of them as it usually has.

Your parking lot was full of unsavory looking people just hanging out, playing loud, repulsive music. Inside, one clerk spent the whole time gossiping with a friend while the other clerk was trying to check people out. The clerk checking people out even told the other clerk something after I spoke up. That didn't seem to matter. Also, the last 3 times I was at this location, there was someone parked in a handicap parking spot that didn't have tags authorizing. I'm a grown man, capable of handling most situations. I have forbid my wife and my daughter from going to this location because of the type of people loitering. It's your establishment. if you want it to be ghetto, so be it. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
