Have a promotion when u buy three drinks get .10 cent off fuel purchase but never seems to work out for some reason. Attended was not knowledgable about why it didn't give me promotion or try to help figure out why! This is the second time that had happen at this store. I was told its a common problem from other customers I know that regularly shop here.

There was not ONE paper towel dispenser with a paper towel. Very disappointing and this is why I usually go to Shell they always have paper towels for not much more so I guess this is why you are a couple of pennies less. My bad !!! But your loss and this has not been the first time either so I guess your workers just dont care to keep it full or they are just lazy.

I had to go inside and stand in line for my receipt. I go to this location because it new but it is no better then the Airline Hwy/Cornerview station. At Airline location the panels have been malled by keys so you can not request a receipt. Why can't someone check the paper level once a day. You say you're quick and convenient So please fix this simple matter that's important to those of us that need a receipt.

The location and the product and the visual appeal of the location was satisfying however the attentiveness of the people that work there is lacking. This is the third time that I have been there in a week and I have not gotten any customer service. Never asked to come back never smiled at never spoken to unless it was to check out. Even when I go to the register I never know which one to go to because they do not say anything to you for a couple of mins. They tell you your price and pretty much tell you to get out. The location is convenient and I will be going back however I DO NOT appreciate the way the staff are.

As usual, there were no windshield cleaners or paper towels in the lane I was in. This is a problem for this station. Either there's no cleaners, no water or no paper towels. Sometimes it's all three.

The card reader did not work. Then I had to wait behind ~6 customers to pay. Some complained about pump stopping. For a new location I would expect for new equipment to be working properly. Paying at the pump is a convenience for the customer and helps to move the line quickly. Some customers left without getting fuel.

Attendant was very lazy. It took her about 5 minutes to get one person throu. There were about 8 people in line and when I got to be next in line I seen how slow she was and I put my things on the closest counter and left. I didn't have 30 minutes to wait at a gas station bc of lazy people. The manager waited till there was a problem to step in. She talked to the girl slowing her down even more before opening her register. It was very frustrating watching them work. So much so that I'm taking this survey. Even the gas pump gave me the wrong receipt and needs attention. I was not about to go back in to wait for a receipt. I just left. Good luck finding good employees

pump 6 was pumping very slow, moved to another pump and it worked fine...just slowed the whole process
