The only reason I was not highly satisfied was that this was a second chance visit. i had visited twice previously and the shelves for items i was looking for was not stocked. (probably vendors fault but still not available to me). It was nice that it was restocked this time and probably not an issues i will experience too frequently but it is for this reason that this particular visit was not listed as highly satisfied. If my next visit goes like this last visit i would be highly satisfied.

The people behind the counter spend more time talking to each other and tend to ignor the customer. Also have experienced one attendent on the cell while waiting on me. Not cool!

I visit this location several times a week. Have always had excellent customer service, except today. Cashier acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on me. Then she had to go to back to get carton of cigarettes and her attitude seemed worse. Did not even say thank you. I told her thank you and have a nice day and she said absolutely nothing in return.
