I stopped for gas, and went inside to get milk and there was none, don't think you sell it.

We came to this gas station because of the reasonable gas prices ( or so we thought). I pressed the button for regular unleaded and was charged for super unleaded. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, she said that there was nothing she could do about it and that this problem happens regularly. Shame on Murphy Gas for ripping off their customers. We will not be purchasing gas at any Murphy Gas anymore and would not recommend it to anyone.

Attendant was too busy doing what looked like some kind of side duties instead of taking care of their customers waiting in line. No "i'll be with you shortly," "i'll be right there," nothing... Totally ignored. Pretty bad way to treat someone who is coming in to spend money in a small town flooded with other gas stations. I will take my business somewhere else.

As I stated earlier, it took 37 minutes to pump 33.6 gallons of diesel fuel. When I discovered the problem with that pump, I reported it to the one of the attendants. She told me that the problem had been reported. When I finished filling my tank, I went back into the store and told the attendant that she should put a "glove" on the pump, so that no one else would experience this problem of having to wait an excessive amount of time to fill their tank with diesel fuel on tank number 3. You see, the pump was pumping diesel fuel at about a gallon a minute. She told me that she did not have permission to put a "glove" on the pump.

The issue is not with the store personnel. The store personnel are really good people. The issue is this: I printed coupons for free merchandise. One of the coupons was for a free 16 oz. Coca Cola. I was told the store did not stock 16 oz. Coca Cola's. My first thought was "this is an absolutely magnificent scam to lure people into Murphy's." Moving on --- another coupon was for a free Peace Tea. I was told this product was sold-out. This I can understand because it is the middle of summer. In all fairness, I was offered alternate products in both circumstances. But, I view the "free product" coupon program with much suspicion.
