The staff at this location are a pleasure to deal with. I make a point to visit this store in Shallotte when I am in the area.

I always visit the Murphy Express in shallotte,NC to purchase fuel,cigarettes,beverages, etc. They have the best cigarette prices in town an a very attentative staff. I have been told that they do go around the the other local businesses observing their prices that way they can be sure to have the lowest prices in town. The attendant even told me when their cigarettes were going to be marked up that way I would be aware the next time I came in. I felt that was very helpful and I really appreciated that they took the time out to tell me. Not all places care enough to inform you of changes. The murphys in my town is daily new when I first saw it buying built I didn't feel the need for another service station but since its been built I find myself visiting this service station more then any other in town. The priced are always low, the staff are very helpful, they always have the products I need, their gas pumps always work, and the location is ideal.

receipt printed at pump...so many other gas stations have problems with receipts printing at pump and then you have to go inside to get your receipt

It is very clean there and I have never had to wait long for anything. Speed of service is excellent! And there is always a deal, which is great.

The cashier; Joelle Annemar was very helpful. I was looking for a non-alcoholic beverage with no sugar; she showed me several choices. She was very helpful.
