I believe i over paid the cashier, i wanted to purchase tabacco an fuel. When i paid i asked for seperate reciepts an she had obviiously messed up typing things in the register... so i ended up paying for my tabacco product twice. I could b wrong but i believe was her mess up an her miscounting an i didnt recieve my change back as u can also see on camera. I asked when a mgr would b available to fix the prob she was extrememly rude as i was very nice and said someone messed up an i know she had from the start... things happen,but to not car an make $5 extra isnt right if is the case.... sooo i am waitin now when called the store she answered said mgr b there in 3 hours guess to close n count register down.... but why shouldnt it be taken care of now?? An she refused as an employee to give me her name to b able to tell whoever i can contact. You dont know who your runging up sometimes an i work in human resources lol an this is wrong,but luke tokd her its 5$ not huge deal an a mistake i hope,jus please take name an number an if til over call me please! She refused.... so bow im pushing my rights an whaere is mgmnt???

Paid at the pump with my card and you put a hold on it for more than my purchase. I am a single mother of 4 children and only had so much money on my card. So now my kids have no dinner to eat tonight... thank you very much for the inconvenience. I bet you will be eating a nice dinner tonight... hope you enjoy it...
