The cashier did not process the lady and have her move on. She was trying to enter a code in the reader, and she didn't understand and the clerk wasn't very helpful. Therefore stood there approximately 5 minutes just waiting for the lady in front of me to finish and move.

The pump was out of paper and did not print a receipt. I had to go get a receipt from the attendant. I had to wait because there were 3 people ahead of me in line and the attendant was super slow because he would not put his phone down long enough to be efficient at waiting on customers.

Every single time I go to this station, the pumps will not auto pump. They click off after 3 seconds of pimping and I have to manually hold it the whole time. Then while manually holding the whole time it still clicks off after every 10 seconds and I have to restart.

The attendant took a drive-thru order before assisting me as the only person in line. He requested my ID for purchase and then continued to do paper work for the previous drive-thru ignoring me so I put my ID away. He then asked to see my ID again because he wasn't paying attention. He took my ID and studied it for several minutes commenting about the logo and comparing it to his before allowing transaction to continue.

Ive been buying cigarettes & gas at this location for years. I just bought 4 pks of Marlboro ciggs. with were clearly advertised on the front of the building for $4.60 per pack. It said save .50cent when buying 2pks. I got 4pks and got charged $21.40 for them and then $1.00 off so i got charged 5.35 a pack. And they are getting bad about not having the brands in stock half the time. Ive had to go else where several times. I thinking about trading somewhere else. There is too many screw ups here. Some employees there are nice and friendly and others are not

swiped my gift card, picked up handle, looked at pump, charge is already 6 cents, haven't even put it in the vehicle yet. went to cashier she couldn't do anything but did say the pumps were old and she has had that complaint before. this really needs to be taken care of gary Anderson flwrman@att.net 320 abner cruze rd 37920 this receipt is just for the 6 cents, I started over and paid the cashier

I was not properly greeted by attendant. Apparently there was a disgruntled customer prior to approaching the window and stood waiting for several minutes listening to a conversation between manager and attendant and them pausing to look at register monitor and still not acknowledging me standing there before the manager said "sorry, I had to talk to her about something."

The attendant rang up items that were not mine and then proceeded to give me incorrect change. I brought the matter to her attention and she said she did not know how to fix it. She ended up handing me a 5 dollar bill without doing a return, but I thought this was very unprofessional.
