I was not highly satisfied with my experience because the attendant was not very attentive or communicative. A simple thank you, god bless, have a good day etc goes a long way. It can make some one's day better or more joyful. Also, when it is crowded at our Murphey there aren't enough parking spots and it becomes VERY crowded with many aggravated people! It is not a pleasure to deal with and will soon have many people just leaving the area!

This was my first visit without the usual friendly staff. I am used to always encountering very friendly employees however, this time seemed less genuine.
