The store employees were not very friendly. However, it was a quick in and out of the store and to get the gas.

Each time I go there, I'm taking a chance on who's working the register and if the register/computer would accept my check. I've been paying by check many times in the past but the last few visits, the person at the register would tell me the register/computer wouldn't accept my checks. I thought about going to another gas station like Tom Thumb or Dodges where I never had a problem of paying by check.

There should never be only one attendant working. She had to go to the restroom , and there was no one there to cover. It's not safe for her, and she was embarrassed when she returned. It's bad business.

My wife and i each used seperate Visa gift cards, paid at the pump & each pumped $15 in each of our vehicles. Murphy Express has put a $50+ hold on the remaining funds on my gift card and a $70 hold on the remaining funds on my wifes card. Until the transactions are processed, im told up to 10 days by the card distributer, those cards and the remaining money on them, over $100 between the 2, is useless. This transaction has left us with absolutely no money until my wife gets paid on Friday, so 48+ hours after the purchase or until the transaction is finally processed and the remaining funds released. Needless to say, i will not be using Murphy USA or Murphy Express again! This has been an EXTREME Imposition on my family.
