This was the second time in a row going an the pump wouldn't pump,an went today an to a different pump an did the same thing,so we went to another gas station.

The cashier was rather rude.

because i came in and told the cashier i would like 10 in gas on pump 10. I then went and started pumping the gas and realize the gas went over what i had asked for. I went in and asked did she set the pump and she said yes for 15. I told her i didnt ask for 15 i asked for 10. She told me theres nothing she could do because i paid by card. Well i was mad and said why should i pay for something i didnt ask for. She told me all i could do was complain on her. I was very unsatisfied that i had to pay for more gas than i asked for.

I selected to pay attend got gas went in got beer and drink went to counter the guy was standing near the counter and the girl was sitting near the cigerats and no one was at the counter but me they kept talking when he felt like it he came over and helped me . every time almost when u go in there they act like you ant s..t but I like the store and I will continue to go back I'm just saying where I use to work the customer comes first bull s..t later.

Pay for gas at pump and was charged 75.00 dallor when I got 35.00 in gas I'm not happy

It was only one of the two registers open. I used a coupon and the attendant and I thought the coupon had not been applied but after looking thru it and redoing the order he realized the coupon had been taken off. The manager was not available at the time by this time the line was even longer.

There was trash all over the lot, trash cans, were full, needed to be emptied. The pumps were dirty and greasy, there was gas all over the pavement, when brought to the clerks attention her response was so. I ended up getting gas all over my carpet in my car.

There were several young people acting up and playing around the door entrance. I was afraid to leave anything in my truck for fear of someone taking it. It was a warm day but I had to let windows up and lock truck. Cashier was not sure how to handle sell for customer in front of me. Two people were behind counter but only one window was open. Being a gentleman I held door for these two ladies to go in front of me not knowing it was going to be such a long drawn out purchase. A friend of cashier came in from group outside and went behind counter. Her question to him was are you all stealing cigarettes out of my car. I don't care about you but I don't want the rest to get my stuff. I finally got to be waited on and ask for a receipt, had to remind her twice before I got the receipt. The other lady was more interest in going home than doing her job. Sorry to be so blunt but I go to this store almost weekly but the was a mess.

A female store employee with the initials "JJ" on her name badge was fussing at the cashier that waited on me - it made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt it was extremely unprofessional of her to be talking to a co-worker in thevery rude manner/tone that she did. The cashier remained calm throughout but, I believe he too felt it was unnecessary for her to be doing that in front of customers.

To start, there was no cups, or the correct tops. Then, I asked the cashier, Laura Anne if there were any slushee tops for the big cups (that would not have been purchased if the 32oz where in stock) she sucked her teeth and WALKED OVER to the tops, pointed out the DRINK TOPS and proceeded to glare at the customer that was getting a slushee, and mumbling under her Breath. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service we where provided!
