Two attendants, line at both. When first attendant finish with customer he walked away from window and did not ask could if he could help someone from the other line. I had to go over to his window and ask to pay for gas.

Because most of the time there is no receipt paper at the pump need to do better can't do survey without paper.

Every time I go to my local Murphy's, the lines are extremely long. Hardly any room to stand inside the store, and sometimes only one cashier is available.
