This station has been my primary location for fuel and tobacco products for years. I visit this location 6-7 times per week for fuel and tobacco products. On my recent visit I selected "pay attendant" at the pump and began fueling. Shortly afterward the fuel stopped and the screen on the pump returned to the payment selection. I again selected "pay attendant" and began to fueling. Again the fuel stopped and returned to the select payment option screen. As I was looking for the call attendant button, the attendant, Marshay, came over the speaker loudly and informed me that I had to pre-pay. I let her know that I was purchasing other products and wanted only one charge on my card. She began a loud conversation with me stating that I had to bring my credit card to her and this was for her security. I found this very embarrassing as others were pumping gas and listening to this exchange. I took her the card and returned to fuel my vehicle and once again the pump turned off at $2.75. I went to the cashier, paid for my fuel and cigarettes, and informed Marshay that I was a regular customer there, no one had ever done this to me before and I would never return.

Had to wait too long to get to the pump. Once I got to the pump it took extremely long to get my gas.

I have stopped at this station before and the attendants are very friendly and nice.

The attendant was very rude when I asked for a receipt since the pump was out of paper yet again. I told her what pump I needed the receipt for the the incompetence of the attendant blew my mind when she said I can't help you. I need to know the amount pumped. I told her look on the screen and print the pump 5 ticket. I finally walked her through printing the right receipt. She then mumbled something and slammed the glass on me. She should be fired!

The attendent was busy talking to another customer and another attendent i walked up to pay for my gas i wasnt greeted or welcomed back i told her how much fuel on what pump then she gave me a receipt then i walked back to my car the only way i new about the chance to win was reading my receipt . I use murphys because it is convient for me when i leave walmart , but lately i have been wanting to go somewhere else , i have worked with the public and your main goal is to greet your customer and be attentive to them that makes them feel welcome . I dont feel like that when i go if i wasnt in a hurry i would not have stopped there
