I have not had a problem with putting gas since this station opened pay at pump is always oeprational and all pumps are always working.

This is a question. When I pay cash at thee window and get a receipt from the pump there iare no survey codes on the receipt. Why am I not eligible for the sweepstake if I pay cash?
