There was no button to say NO to the additive question. I had to cancel out. I feel that is like tricking the public. Most people won't know to cancel and will choose an additive cause they don't know what else to do. There used to be a NO button. What happened to it? I won't return if I feel I'm being tricked.

My reciept says the Cashiers name was Michelle R. All i know is it was an old white Lady with tacky blonde hair. She was very rude and rushed me to leave the building atyer pumping gas. I didnt realize I had to put my pin as I was waiting for my transaction and contemplating making another purchase. She was very sarcastic and rude about it (not sure if she was being ravist or just in a bad mood, but she was noticabley more charismatic witj the customwrs after me) . I have worked at a murphy usa before and am personally offended by this service, as I would never service a customer in this manner nor expect to be able to get away with it.

Both cashier's were extremely rude felt like they didn't even want to check me out and treated me like dirt. I'm never coming back here because of them.

When I walked up to the register there was a short, reddish haired lady working the cash register. I specifically said to her that I needed to put $3.00 on my debt card and pay the rest in cash before she rang up my purchase. After she rang up my purchases and began to pay for the part with my card I then asked what the remaining balance was. She said it all went on the card. I said, "that's not how I wanted to pay", she said, "Oh well, it all went on the card". After I protested she said, "well you should of told me". I said, "I did, and now because you did that my bank account will be overdrawn". she said, "Okay, well have a nice day, bye". I then went to the gray haired man with a beard that was standing by the other register and asked if he was the manager. He said, he was and I told him what happened. He said, "well, I didn't hear or see anything, it must of been a miscommunication". I protested again and he said, "have a good day ma'am, bye". These two people were the rudest people I have ever come across, they never offered to resolve the problem or apologize or anything. I have been going to this gas station for a very long time but will probably not go back.

There were bags of trash outside the front door. Inside the store, there were trash cans on the counter. We were the only customers in the store, and she looked at us, then ignored us until she finished sweeping the area in front of the beverage dispensers. She made it clear she did not want to wait on us, as if we were wasting her time, and she threw our receipt at us and walked away after we paid for our items.

I frequent this location and it is a good value. On this day it was approx. 28 degrees outside and I tried to use my debit card, but it would not work. So I had to go inside to make the transaction. Upon entry I was the only other customer in the facility. There was another lady inside that clearly worked for this Murphy location as well but was off duty. They were talking about some angry customer. I was ignored and a Anglo customer came in after me and then Jessica Ann acknowledged him before me and asked to help him first. The Anglo customer told her that I was there before him. At that point I walked forward to make an attempt to make my transaction to fill my truck using my debit card. She was just curt and short with me. Awful custormer service. As a paying custormer I was insulted by her rudeness and unprofessionalism ! She came across very discriminatory ! As a man of color I felt less than welcome !

Forthe 2nd time in a week used my debit card at the pump..or rather I tried. The pump cancelled the transaction said see attendant. I paged , asked whT was wrong...woman sent a man, Adam , out to help..as if I couldn't figure out how the pump.works. I asked him what was wrong with the system, 2x in aweek cancelling my transaction."Nothimg is wrong with thw system. You must have donw it worng, had a pun error or your card is worn out." Well I said my card works everywhere else. He became surly. Inside he handed me a receipt prontout that and said "See..it was a pin error. I told you." Except that I never even had the chance to put in my pin before the syatem cancelled the trnsaction. I am just tryinh to give you feedback so so can fix it...but I don't appreciate the surly attitude and the monkey on my back routine. You want to uncrease traffic in the store and impulse buying...make peoe come inside to pay. Well, I can buy gas elsewhere. Customer service sucked .
