I'm certain that I selected the lowest cost fuel. I remember carefully looking at the selections and choosing the one on the far left (lowest fuel cost). When I got home, I noticed my receipt said I was charged for the plus fuel. I was very disappointed in the mistake given that my income is very limited.

Receipt not printing at pump Not the first time this has happened

has been happening a lot latley. i have a company car and must have a receipt for fuel. pay at the pump time savings is lost when i have to go to the counter to get a printed receipt. i can go anywhere for fuel. price is not an issue. probably fill up here 2.5 time a week. i will go elsewhere if this contiunes

1. The pump did not print out a receipt which is about three times within the last 60 days. 2. A bumper pole right in front of the the door was damaged and bent over apparently by a vehicle. Unsightly and could be dangerous.

Card reader not working properly. Attendant not really interested in my problem. Went to another pump. Very annoying.

This happens fairly regularly that the printers do not work. So today I had to go back inside and stand in 4 person line and it made me late to an appointment.

I was very disappointed in Murphy Express because I went in for some coffee because I had a headache and they only had one type of coffee and that was the regular. The other three bin's were empty! I don't understand why at 1:30 in the afternoon they would not have all four of their coffees available for the public. It's not like it's late at night, it was 1:30 in the afternoon! They should have all their coffees available at all times, it's a gas station. And this is not the first time that I've seen this happen.

Upon walking up to the counter, the attendant was leaning on the counter texting, and didnt acknowledge me for about 30 seconds. The attendant continued to finish her text and even got a response back before taking care of me.
