I knew what I wanted before entering the store and was sure the items would be available. It was a basic visit but had I run into an issue and the problem was gratefully solved, then I would rate the visit highly satisfied.

I go to this location often and have experience multiple issues at the pumps. Many times I don't receive a receipt and must go inside the store to get a receipt or the pump will switch to Spanish when I push yes for a receipt. I've complained about this issue at the store and on-line but there is never a resolution to correct this! Why? At the store level, I hear "we're aware of the problem". How about fixing the problem? This is a customer satisfaction survey. I'd be satisfied if someone would just address the problem so it doesn't just continue. By not doing so tells me that senior management of this company doesn't care if I'm a customer or not.

Prices not competitive like in the past visits. Attendant not as friendly, maybe tired. It seems the more times I come here the more it is not as nice as before.

The pump never prints out receipt and have to walk in to get a copy

I'm always wondering if I will have a ticket. Most of the time I don't have the ticket printed.

The price was 5 cents higher than Sam's Club

I use this particular Murphy Express quite frequently for many reasons. It's not only because of the best gas prices around or that its location makes for convenient in and out access to the Interstate, or that it's always clean, neat and stocked up with whatever I need. It's because of the employees. They ALWAYS make me feel welcome. So I guess you can say that I AM a highly satisfied customer after all.

It was a quick stop for refueling my car. The location is good for me.
