I'm a frequent customer to Murphy Gas stations. This is the first time I was not able to use my Wal-Mart discount cart. I was disappointed in this inconvenience.

Gas price was higher than walmart.

I used my bank debit card to pay for this transaction, however, the pump declined my card, until I used it as a credit card - on the 4th attempt, prior to following instructions to go to the attendant, where there was a line of 4 people waiting to be helped. It irritated me not to be able to use my debit card as a debit card.

I discovered that Murphy holds extra money from my account. Will not use another Murphy station. Purchased Murphy in personal vehicle for this purchase. Usually purchase at this location in company vehicle. Will no longer purchase at any Murphy station knowing they hold extra on account. This is my money and you have no right to hold it. Don't want you holding money on business account either.

I purchased a car wash costing 9.00 dollars. The car wash had lines of people waiting to enter. The customers were going through the process and not getting a satisfying wash. The lady working there asked if I wanted to go through again. With the long lines waiting to go back through again I will not use your search again.

my car only needs Regular, that's what I chose. However, I was charged the Premium price which I don't need or use. I cant afford to waste my money. please reimburse the difference between the two different grade / prices. I have receipt and the amt. is for $1.10 based on diff in gal {prem vs. reg. } and gal. bought. Thank you in advance. reach me @ civec111@yahoo.com
