The attendant didn't greet me nor make any attempt to apart a conversation. It makes the visit really impersonal.

I think due to the fact that the survey website that was on the receipt: www.tellmurphyusa.com did not take me to this website but took me to some odd website about surveys that took my "highly satisfied" just down to "satisfied." I finally typed in murphyusa and that took me to the appropriate website. So, you can see that there are many factors that influence a survey. The pumps at the west end of the facility get hit by the sun each day and that has caused the buttons to get quite faded and be too hot to the touch in the afternoon. The grounds at the facility are always clean and well maintained. I wish there was an access directly to the Walmart next door so I wouldn't have to drive all the way around. I have always received friendly and expert service from the attendants at the facility at 2301 S Canal St in Carlsbad NM 88220
