I went in to get coffee and a cappuccino they were out of coffee and the cappuccino machine was broken after waiting about 5 min the attendant told me that they were not going to make anymore coffee because he was going to clean the machine so I left very disappointed and took my business across the street.

When I approached the counter, there were three people behind the counter. I was promptly ignored for over 10 minutes while the employees were bullshitting and laughing while ignoring customers! Once I finally got her attention, she took 3 times to get me the correct product, another employee finally had to show her what I wanted! Don't you teach your employees to listen to the customer?? You are almost always out of my brand of smokes, so I highly doubt I will return. I don't mind paying a little more for decent customer service!!!

As a Canadian customer I always have a problem using my credit card and it is a US Funds card. The attendant has said that the problem is going to be fixed shortly. Im told its because of the zip code and as a Canadian we have postal codes. When will this be corrected? Our Co. in Canada accept USA cards.What is the problem in the USA,A bigger country?
