Murphy USA

There were no coffee cup covers, and when I informed one of the cashiers (it was not Latisha I only paid her and spoke to the other cashier) she told me to grab a soda cover which would have made it difficult to drink my coffee and could have made a mess in my car. I was forced to buy another Murphy cup which I don't mind all that much but I would have rather not since I already own several.

What constitutes highly satisfied? That I should have a tickertape parade complete with marching band? The place was clean, well-lit and orderly. C'mon! This is a convenience station, not the Waldorf Astoria, where I would expect people to fall all over themselves fawning over me.

this station is very hard to get in and out of. not much room.

It will run gas then stop. Off and on until I left the pump.

Murphy discontinued the .07 off per gallon without notice. After calling customer service it was shared with myself that this was only a promotion and that it was not well advertised. With fuel prices and discounts offered literally across the street Murphy is no longer a cost-effective choice for fueling of my fleet. Parking lot is way to difficult to navigate and the Attendants have never bee attentive. These pitfalls were off set by the .07 cents per gallon discount which is no more. I can purchase Shell Products and get a minimum of .05 each 8 gallon fill & after 3 fills I get .10 cents a gallon. Based on 5 trucks at 30 gallons each x 2 a week or more that's a significant amount of $$ saved even with their program issues.

Attenent nasty

When i walked up to the window the attentend sat at a chair and what seemed to be a computer for about 2mins before even getting up to help me and they saw me before hand also i don't care for walk up windows an actual store is much better also there is only one parking spot at the location i went to and not be a stickler but what kind of gas station doesn't sell beer, the selection over all is very very small i don't ever buy anything from this location execpt for cigarettes or gas or lighters thats all if i had the time i would have actually went out of my way to go to the other murphys in avon park but i was on my way to work and already in sebring so i went to the sebring location.

The automatic nozzle did NOT shut off, which caused the fuel tank to over flow, pumping gasoline down the side of the vehicle, & onto the ground. This is an extreme fire hazard as well as waste of gas and money. Also not good for the paint on a vehicle. When I went inside and told the attendant she answered that "not all pumps have the automatic nozzle." With the"I don't care" attitude.

The out side crowd just posted up. Looks were discomfort

I am from Canada and would like to use my USA credit card at the pumps ,but when I put in my Postal code ,it will not except the card. There for a line forms up behind my car, pissing off the line waiting. This has been like this for a number of years. Time to update. Canadian customers are very annoyed. WOULD like a reply.
