Murphy USA

I go to this murphy at least 3 or more times a day. and lately the service that i have been getting is very poor. only one or two associates and very long lines no one seems to care how long you have to wait and my time is limited due to the fact that i am on break or lunch when i go there. i have had to leave and go across the street to the circle k two times last week because of the lines and the associates not showing a sence of urgency.

Anything can be made better.

No matter the number of attendants on duty at any given time there is only 1 register open and always, always a line that results in waiting while other attendants stand around laughing , talking to each other or trying not to be seen while on their cell phones texting or who know what. And usually the attendant on duty is unkempt, and distracted.

Attendants are usually not on spot with custome service. Regardless of number of staff that appears to be on duty, only one register is open and lines sometimes 2 deep close to rear of display case at register

I never thought of getting gas as something I would be highly satisfied with. As nice as Murphy's is, it still puts a dent in my wallet to buy gas!

No reason . Experience an employee's were overall satisfying.

Just never thought of it in those terms.

It is a popular place for gas. Many times it is a hassle getting around others in parking g lot due to people rushing. The drive trough was a little awkward but I usually go in.
