Cheap gas

Had to go inside for receipt. Fountain machines down.

The car wash is killing your customer satisfaction ratings! Either it is over subscribed to or not properly staffed. I almost immediately regretted getting in line! Everybody jokes that "oh, you'll be there for at least an hour", which is not the kind of reputation you should be looking for. Get these guys some help.

Had to go in twice to get a receipt

I paid for the car wash at the pump. But the Carwash would not accept my code. I was blocked in by other cars so I had to pay again. So basically I paid for a car wash twice. Completely unacceptable.

I am so very, very sick and tired of coming to this gas station, just to find an empty pump and have it not work. It stops and starts, as if there isn't gas in it. It seems it is a secret because it must be why no one else is at the pump, but how would I know?! There is NO sign, nothing! It is not always the same pump. I finally decided today to give this station another try. The entire back side was basically empty, but I thought it was the place was just not busy. Turns out, AGAIN, that the pump did the same old start and stop routine. I'll NEVER EVER EVER EVER come here again, so don't worry about me. I'll also tell anyone when the topic arises that your gas station is pathetic.

Murphy USA is not my issue but my dissatisfaction lies in your association with Zippys car wash. I paid for the $4 car wash as an add on to the fuel I purchased. I pulled into line and when I got to the kiosk where one pays for the car wash I honked the horn as the sign indicates when one has bought fuel at the pump. I honked two or three times and no one came back and all the while the other line was slowly moving while we sat. So ultimately I had to purchase the $6 car wash so as to not hold up the line. Thereby paying $10 in the end for the car wash. Neither of the gentleman working looked like they were in a hurry, which is hilarious to me considering the name of the car wash. After I was done I went back to Murphy USA and the two gentleman in there said they would only credit me the $4 since they are separate from your company but they oversee payment when one buys the car wash in addition to the fuel. I was not satisfied with that answer, though I can see your viewpoint in only wanting to credit the $4 back. I just ended up leaving and not looking for the credit. You may take interest in their work ethic at Zippys because it reflects poorly upon you.

I repeatedly told Hunter Trace what I wanted. Each time that I corrected him, he rolled his eyes. Still did not do right. So much so I had to do a separate transaction. He was in too much of a hurry to get me out of there so he could talk to his friend. I go here a lot and have never been treated this way. When I go back he will not be the one waiting on me. If he is the only one I will not purchase any thing until he is not working. He has huge issues with customers. I felt like I was bothering him.
