I wasn't greeted like I normally am when I visit Murphy although I haven't been to this location in about 60 days. There were totes shrewn throughout the store. Most of them were empty. I can understand having to restock the store but it is also pretty easy to put one empty tote on top of each other than to force customers to navigate them like a mouse in a maze. When I finally made the trek through, my reward was an an empty register as the attendant was not behind it. She showed up a little later and I cheerfully said hi how are you doing? She meekly replied hello. She rang up my purchases and then asked me if there was something else I wanted to buy...a little random of a question? Perhaps a suggestion of a particular item might be the ideal way to go about that. She did say to visit again...I think...I could barely hear her. Overall not an impressive experience and completely different from the ones I have had there in the past.

They do not honor Walmart CREDIT CARDS. Tried to pay at pump with debit, had to "see attendant" anyway. Bathroom was "unavailable" due to "having issues with the lock on the door".

When I walked in to the store the sales associate was standing at the counter eating something. She just stood there and very rudely looked at me-she didn't even speak or ask me could she help me or anything!!I didn't know if she was on break or what since she was standing there eating something and there was another associate in the office door right behind the other girl but she looked bust doing something at the time so after a few seconds of just standing there waiting for the sales lady that was just looking at me to ask me could she help me, I proceeded up to the counter and told her what I needed. She STILL did not even say one word to me throughout the whole transaction-not even thank you or NOTHING!! Wow how rude. I am a regular customer and each time that this particular associate has waited on me in the past, she has not been very pleasant at all and I mean she is ALWAYS not nice. I understand having a bad day every once in a while. As I was leaving this particular day, the other lady was outside taking the trash out so I stopped and asked her what the other lady's name was (that had waited on me)and she said her name was Hollie.

When I went in to purchase a pack of cigarettes the two attendants were at the counter talking and I stood there waiting for them to finish. Finally I got tired of waiting and said, "can I get a pack of Marlboro lights in the box?" The attendant glared at me with a dirty look as to say how rude I was for interrupting her. She did get the cigarettes and I was going to let it go until when I was walking out and she rudely said, "bye." I called the 800 number on the receipt and reported the store 8564 and the attendants name: Amanda Gail. I have been going to this store since it opened and the customer service has always been very satisfying until today.

after fillup needed to use rest room really bad restroom was locked tried to go inside but back where fueled at was locked. walked all the way around store in heavy blowing rain hopeing to get bath room key clerk rudely told me bath room was locked for the night. i attempted to explain that i was desperate and was about to go in my pants. she informed me to go across the street to the exon store and see if i could use thier bath room. told her i allways trade at murthys and just bought full tank of gas. didn,t matter the restroom was locked for the night.i went back around the store pooping in my pants. had to go back home and change before proceeding to destination. it was only 930
