Just purchased gas.

The attendant, a short man of possible East Indian descent, is NOT at all friendly or attentive (on a previous visit, he ignored me for quite a bit while he finished stocked tobacco products and hence, I no longer visit this location regularly for fuel or products). This employee moves at one speed - SLOW. All the other attendants run circles around this guy. He should NOT have a public facing position.

Almost every time I go to this station it seems like there is a problem with the pump. Either the credit card reader at the pump is not working, or the pump will not continually pump and I have to hold the pump handle, or it just shuts off and will not pump more than a given amount. This is particularlly annoying as my car has a very large gas tank and so having to hold the pump handle for 20+ gallons or having to purchase gas twice is very frustrating. Unfortunately it is the only convenient gas station on my normal commute and so I end up getting gas there more often than I would like.

price gas was high. would like to see more reasonable price

The Attendant "Sunshine" Cards me on every visit (I'm a daily customer) and her ridiculously long nails make it very clumsy for her to handle anything. Line was 12 customers deep and two other attendants were cleaning and doing stock, finally one came over and opened another register after about 7 minutes. This is a normal occurance.

Just inconvienced by the fact I have to have id to purchase a lottery ticket when I'm clearly way over 18. Just crazy.

I washed all my windows using your water and squeegee. After washing, I noticed a film on every window that required me to pay for a car wash. It was the only way to remove this film! It cost an additional $16 to do so. Very upset.

Only one register was open and had a line but there was 2 other employees working that could see the line and never opened another register. When I finally got to the cashier she seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and had an attitude about everything. I come to this location at least 4 times a week and never have I had an experience like this one. She even got an attitude when I asked for my receipt. The only way I will come back to this location is if I have to since I work down the road it's the most convenient but I will be going out of my way now to avoid the service I got here.

this isnt 1990 nor 2002 ...i got charged 75$ hold for 6$ worth of gas ...i havent seen that for years ...girls inside store said all gas stations do this ...and they where rude ...this station is 1/4 mile away from my house ..i will drive extra 1 mile to goto bp then use this one now

the pump ask questions that were NOT RELATED to the purchase of fuel or fuel products. This does in fact Waste My Time!!
