Usually i stop in the evening and sometimes the line is long with only one person working but usually somebody else will open another line after about 5 minutes of waiting

I got gas and had a coupon for a free coffee. When the girl scanned the coupon the balance came up of .09 cents. Girl stated that I had to pay the tax. I have never done that before and found it very odd.
