I could not get a slow fuel rate. There was no fluid to clean the windows. The entire area need a pressure wash.

Bathrooms are always broke or icky. Icee machines are always not working and soda fountains

The pump did not shut off as it was supposed to resulting in spilt wasted gas that I paid for. The mgr gave me a free fountain drink to compensate, but I would rather it never have happened. The whole reason for using Murphy is savings, well when you spill the gas on the ground that kind of looses the savings.

Its kind of trashy outside and what I bought was to expensive. I get fuel, diesel, and cigarettes there often and as a loyal customer, I think there should be better discounts on products.

Pump out of order with no notation at the pump. Had to eventually move to another pump which wasted my time and caused an additional wait im line to get my gas.

Nobody's perfect; always room for improvement. I only bought gas; what's to be satisfied or dissatisfied about that?

The first pump I came to wasn't working. There was no signs to say it wasn't working. I had to move to another pump. I got my gas, after I got the gas it wouldn't give me a receipt. I paid with the debit card so I had to go inside. the girl that works in there looked a little far out to me but that's just my opinion. I told her that the machine didn't give me a receipt and she said "imagine that, it's been a busy day" I got my receipt and left.

I always have to go in for my receipt! There is rarely water to clean my windshield or towels. The trash can was full at 6:30 am so someone isn't doing their job. The attendant on duty looked like he had just woke up, his hair was a mess. He didn't apologize for my inconvenience and apparently didn't care to fix the receipt dispenser. As a former store manager; I am fully aware of the standards and expectations. If it wasn't convenient for me to stop there on my way to Dallas, I would go somewhere else. The DM needs to look into this. BTW, the nozzle on pump 7 needs to be changed. It stuck and shot gas out.

There were 3 people working but they were more interested in Changing light bulbs then taking care of customers when I came in there were 6 ppl waiting in line and more came in after me
