Mainly because there is usually a line of people waiting to be checked out and service is usually slow.

Well, of course always wish price was lower. Wish you could get something free for at least a fillup since there's not a car wash. Something like a Free cold drink, snack, or gum. You have to but things and get so much off your gas but when you do the math of that, you're not saving anything and you're spending more money. I wouldn't mind spending more but it wouldn't hurt to get something free. Like you buy 2 drinks ($2-$3)and get .05 cents off a gallon. Well if it takes 20 gallons to fill up all I have saved is .25 cents but spent $2-$3 dollars. That's not good! So I think you need to rethink that a bit!.

My visit wasn't long enough to be highly satisfied. It was fine and I will be back.

the machine that offers the fuel additive was malfunctioning and making an awful racket!! It literally gave me a headache!! The cashier apologized and said they were there earlier and supposedly fixed it, but it malfunctioned again!

I went at 7:43 in the morning, is why I did not have to wait in line, there is always a line, at pump and pay, of course that is a good thing for your company, but bad for customer.

I go to Murphy's because it is convenient and usually the lowest priced gas easy to get in and out
