Overall the store is great I was not highly satisfied because I'm not familiar with all the products they have in store so therefor i could not say I was highly satisfied

Didn't have the black mild i wanted and not a variety of sodas to choose from and sometimes the pump start to act up

This particular attendant has been rude on the two occasions he has waited on me. No friendly customer service at all. I have turned around and walked out without purchasing anything if he is the only attendant on duty to avoid the rudeness. Never uses politeness, thank you, come again, etc. After describing him to a friend, they experienced the same rudeness. Have also witnessed his surliness to other patrons. I guess that is typical of most young people today. No respect for others or their elders. Other than that one attendant, I enjoy patronizing Murphys

I was not highly satisfied with my visit to Murphy Express because the Murphy Express I visited was in an area with a high traffic volume. Although I did not have to wait for a pump, I did have to wait in traffic to get to the gas station.

The attendant was extremely friendly and was working as quickly as humanly possible. This location receives large surges in customers and recently there has been only one attendant at night, even during the weekends. This location has far too much traffic for one employee to effectively handle. He was greeting each customer and apologizing for the wait. I waited approximately 10 minutes in a line that stretched from one door to the other. Only having one attendant may seem like an effective cost-cutting measure, but it is at the expense of your customers' time and your employees stamina. No one can be expected to keep up that pace to service customers.
