There was a delay of printing the receipt. I now know why there was receipt sticking out when I drove up. I almost pulled off as well because of the long delay. Also the security tape near the credit card swiper was broken ..... I hope I haven't been scammed.

Backflow pressure caused pump to repeatedly stop during fillup. Adjusted position of nozzle in filler neck repeatedly, but pump continued to stop.
