I believe that Highly Satisfied is a rating that should be reserved for the most outstanding and personal service. Since almost all of our refueling stations today are self service I see no need for a Highly Satisfied rating unless I received that personal and outstanding service. If I need assistance and it is timely, knowledgeable, and efficient then I would give a Highly Satisfied rating.

diesel hose has no swivel at nozzle making it difficult to place in fuel tank as it is a very stiff hose

To be highly satisfied I would have had to enjoy the experience of paying at the pump. Sometimes there are big crowds and parking lot can be hard to maneuver comfortably.

To much traffic hard to get out of parking lot

I could not rate as highly satisfied because I felt satisfied with the services received for that day. I have visited the store several times before and had highly satisfied moments, and if I am at the least satisfied I will continue to be a customer of Murphys Express

It was adequate.

Parking lot always crowded, restroom doesn't smell pleasant and wasn't exactly clean.

Alway a friendly visit.
