When gas prices for regular are 2.09 I don't understand why I have to pay 2.41 for mid-grade. Also, the pump advertises 2.38 but after you scan your form of payment it adds .03 to the purchase price. It should be the other way around. If you are going to charge 2.41 for the gas then show the price I'm paying if I don't have a Walmart gift card that way I know up front what I'm paying.

Young man with full sleeves. No prob with that. Putzing with flip phone while assisting customer in front of me. Was unable to ring up my coupons - yes they are current but will not be the next time I wish to make a purchase of this product. Just appeared he was not properly trained to be left alone in the store. He will prob be fine once he is fully trained. Provided he lasts that long.

I used my WalMart credit card. Obviously you changed the rules of the discount program and didn't tell anyone. The discount of 3 cents showed up on the screen on the pump, but the ticket and price I paid did not reflect a discount. It was not the usual 5 cent discount per gallon. I understand programs can change, but no notice. On the ticket is says "learn how to save 2% on fuel at Walmart & Murphy USA with your Wal Mart Credit Card, but no address to look it up was given. It should have been automatic as in the past. I have signed up on the Murphy site, but no instructions were given there either. Where's my discount?

Attendant was very slow. I did my best to be very patient. However, then it was time to pay, and the card reader was messed up. I had to swipe my card 6 times before it took it. Important note, there was one attendant inside. She was running the register with the messed up card reader. The other register was not in use, and that card reader works fine. Once I paid, I realized she charged me for 3 packs of cigarettes when I only wanted one. I mentioned it, and the attendant just looked confused. Given that it took me 10 minutes to pay for my items, I opted not to waste another 30+ minutes of my valuable time waiting on her to figure out how to fix it and then having to swipe my card another 30 times, just so I could wait 7 Business days for a refund. I stopped there for what I needed for convenience. None of my experience was convenient. And while this is the closest gas station to my home, I will now be driving an additional several miles into town when I need something, to avoid the frustration of trying to shop at Murphy USA.

the pump failed to turn on after my card was read. pump automatically cancelled my transaction, then had to begin the transaction again to get pump to turn back on.

i went into the store to prepay my pump because i only had a certain amount of money for gas and the cashier did not set the pump up for me and went over the amount i had initially gave her. when i went in to pay the difference they were rude to me. i mean come one i did not just run off on them for their mistake. rude and unfriend were the two cashiers at this locaiton

I drove 15 miles past a number of other gas stations for the discount on Wal-Mart fuel. I paid with a Wal_mart credit card and failed to get the discount advertised. I was several miles away cefore realizing that it failed to discount the fuel. Its just VERY annoying.
