Employees here generally seem not to be very engaged, tend to have sloppy appearance.

The parking was bad

I passed another gas station to specifically come to Murphy USA, and when I got to Murphy I was disappointed to find that Murphy was charging more than the place I could have stopped.

I waited 8 minutes for an available pump, the area around the pumps is very congested due to the lack of space.I had to swipe my credit card 5 times.

It was highly satisfying.

It was just a typical visit to purchase fuel. What's to be highly satisfied about buying gas? I suppose I could be highly satisfied about the price of gas, but like most folks, I figure it's only temporary. The clerk was very pleasant and upbeat, and took the time to circle the survey on my recent and suggest that I take the survey. As I reconsider my experience in deciding to go inside the store and purchase a soft drink, it was a highly satisfying experience because of the attitude of the clerk. I don't typically go inside the stores; just buy gas and leave.
