The cashier's are really friendly,but the overall satisfaction of the store management in general is terrible! On a sat night they were closing out a register with a store full of customers? Then when another clerk came in and opened a register the customers who had been waiting got skipped over by the other customers who were just coming in! Not very professional and the customers in front of me were not happy either.....

I purchased lottery picks at the pump. Then no receipt prints. So I went in to get receipt still no numbers. Lost $7.00. So I will not go back. I will stop somewhere else.

There is never more than one register open even with the line of people wrapped around the store and outside the building

First I find out there is no pay attention option on pump anymore. Then have to use debit card at pump which I do not like then go inside for the 4th time in 1 1/2 -2 months my brand of cigarettes was no available in cartons and attendant didn't seem to care when this was brought to her attention so I had to pay $10 more. I've been going to this location for the last 6years I work very close by and service has gone down hill fast in the past 2 months later will more then likely find a new place to stop and spend my money 2-3 times a week I pass plenty of places on my 30 mile comutte each morning

The line is always a 10-15 minute wait and again tonight it was the same. I bought my products then asked for (3)Cash Fives, (3) Mega, (3) Powerball. She asked several times while talking to another attendant and gave me (3) Cash Fives, and (3) $3 Powerball tickets. I advised her this was not what I asked for and she said yes it is. I said no it is not. She proceeds to say what to you want me to do about it. I said "you know what I will go ahead and pay for tickets I did not ask for and give me (3) Mega tickets. She never apologized - I could have made her fix my tickets instead of paying for them. I shop at this store every night - anytime she is there she is rude and doesn't pay attention. I will not go back to this store and I will not recommend anyone go to it. I will advise on social media about her complete rude and condescending attitude just to see how many others she is that way with. Her behavior speaks not only of her but your company as well.

Entered the store there was a line of people so I went to the back of the line.there was one lady on the register then another lady come over and started helping guest on the other register so both registers were going I made my way up front both lady's were helping guest the lady on the left was done with her guest so I stepped up to the counter so she could help me. She said that she was closed and didn't care if I was waited on or not.that is not a way to treat your customers and I will be going to social media if this woman is not fired...I will not return to this store till she and her smart mouth leaves..I buy gas and cigarettes the but Ingles in Dallas treats you like a human

Only got 10 cause the pumps pumped so slow
