I went in your store on 7-24-15, store number 7462. Line was 9 deep. A trainee was on the register. The other two employees, one of which was the manager. Both standing there giggling like teenagers. Five more people came in after me. The trainee was doing his best. If he asked a question for the manager. It was met with giggles. No one tried to assist him on another register. I said something when it was my turn. It was met with a def ear from the other 2 employees. I did call your 1-800 number. Took me 3 trys to get a human. I spend an average of 3000.00 a year there. If this is the service I am going to be greated with. I will shop elsewhere. Just as a FYI for you. I had a bad experience at another store. I have never been back in that store for 10 years. Not a joke. There is not much room in this store for standing lines and for them to just stand there and ignore all the customers was outrageous. I am still mad at this. I sent this email to customercares@murphyusa.com. NO RESPONSE. If your employees can ignore customers the way they do, I will not be back.
