There was not any water in the windshield wash station, it had about an inch of mud at the bottom of the container. The pump was very filthy, it needed to be cleaned.

I stopped to get gas at 5:30 p.m. All of the pumps said "out of service" on the screens. I left and came back 2 hours later and found signs on the pumps that said payments would need to be made inside the store. It was an inconvenience, as well as being a safety issue because I didn't want to have to get gas after dark. The young man at the counter, Donelle, was very helpful.

It was right around lunch which was very busy but there was a fuel tank there and was blocking have part of the parking lot. They need a differant time to come.

My credit card is showing an addiitonal charge of $1 on this trip. I have no idea why there were two charges - one that matches the receipt, and a separate $1 charge when I did not choose any additional services (and no one else was with me to buy something). Was I charged $1 for the receipt? Does it say somewhere at the pump that there will be this additional charge? I normally don't check my credit card balance right away so I would have assumed this was a legit charge if I'd waited several weeks before I got my statement, as I wouldn't remember the visit.

advertise reg. unleaded was 165.9. at the pump paid 176.9 on gift card with no notice,ask clerk , said she was there by her self, and gas price just change? and Smile>

The pump did not issue a receipt even though I had requested one. I had to go inside to get a receipt. The line was six or more customers deep who were making purchases. Since all I needed was a receipt I asked if there was a way I could get my receipt without waiting in line. I was rudely told that I would have to get in line. Fortunately (which is the reason I didn't give a Highly Dissatisfied rating on my visit) another cashier (it appeared she was training a new employee) overheard, apologized, opened another register and gave me my receipt. I regret that I did not get her name because she was commendable in her handling of what was a frustrating situation for me. I quit frequenting a Valero and a Shell station because the pumps continually were failing to issue receipts. However, because of her gracious and customer-sensitive handling of the problem I will return to this store.

The line was around the store and only 1 cashier the other went on a break. Sounded like she should have been back but take extra long breaks.

I entered the and asked if they could change a $100.00 dollars bill before I evan made my purchase I was told yes, so I proceeded to get my purchase and start to write my check and now all of the sudden we can't get the hundred changed we don't keep that kind of money. I wrote my check and gave Eliza Ann a driver I.D. That had expired so she took my purchases away and told me I could not have them knowing j I have the cash but I also I a valid I. D. so when I told her that the other I. D, had not expired she than have me my purchases. Eliza Ann was rude from the moment I entered the store till the moment I left

Waited in line 7 deep while other employees did other stuff. My thoughts open more registers knock out the customers and then return to doing other stuff when lines are gone.
