A distinct lack of Pepsi MAX. An insufficient number of Diet Pepsi products. Most of your service stations don't have Pepsi MAX. This one has it some of the time. Wouldn't it be a good idea to increase stock of the products you keep running out of? Particularly if your offering a 10 cent discount on gas with the purchase of said product. Then again, if a product is selling particularly well at one or more stations, wouldn't it be a good idea to offer it at your other stations, as well? Do any of your people running your stations do any kind of statistical analysis? Without access to your sales records I can't know for sure but it doesn't appear so.
