Your regular fuel price is really good, best in area. Why am I paying 53 cents more for premium than regular. Sam's stores consistently is only 30 cent more than regular for premium. Please explain!!!

I'm not sure what Highly Satisfied means! I was satisfied...highly satisfied would mean someone pumped my gas and cleaned my windows.
