Cheap prices but maybe that was because of all the gas that leaked out all on the ground as I was pumping it into my car, yuk even the paper towels that I used couldn't help, was left with smell of gas on me all night, must have been defective gasket in the nozzle

Cramped and pump area was noisy and flity

The wait for a pump driving around waiting,

I had came earlier in the day, the name on the receipt said shatana or something, she was rude and not attentive at all. She acted kind of snobby with her attitude and I definietly would not want my friends to visit this store if she working.

My only complaint is with the proximity of the point of sale items (windshield washer fluid/antifreeze) to the fuel pumps. Entering and exiting the pump area was somewhat hampered by the rather large display.

The attendant was rude. She didn't greet me. When after she rang up my drinks she didn't say anything else. Just looked at me. I said I wanted 20.00 on pump 7. She put that in. I paid by card. She didn't say have a good night or thank you. Name on receipt is Eleonora.

The cashier Brittaney( over heard her telling customer her name) she was very rude to the lady in front of me. I could tell the customer was getting frustrated. The cashier tone of voice was very rude and obnoxious, she just be used it off like oh well. If she's on duty any other time I come in the store I will definitely walk out.

The advertisement for using Walmart credit card for cheaper price. Listed $1.89 a gal but after using card it went to 1.92 a gal.

Pulled up to post pay and was told I needed to come in. Upon coming inside the girl told me I had to set my pump for a certain amount. I have worked for Murphys before and know how their policy works. As a part of this company's policy, post pay is allowed. Even leaving my debit card the girl was hesitant about allowing me to pump my gas. I came outside and put only $9 in my vehicle just so i could take my business elsewhere. I am not at all pleased with this treatment. If I were a different race would it have been handled differently? Overall I will not be doing any more business at this murphy location though it is closest to my home. Instead I will continue to go to the Murphys in Spring lake, perhaps these clerks need additional training.

There was this one cashier kinda tall slender like. She was on her cell phone and not really focused on the customers. I was standing in line and she was more focused on her text or whatever, she didn't see me I walked over to other line. I just think customer service need to improve.
