The other attendant at the register Was apparently busy but didn't take the time to let me know that I needed to go to the other register. It would have been a polite to let me know instead of ignoring me.

The diesel pump I use on a regular basis is difficult to use because the nozzle is bent and is hard to get into my tank.

Pumped fuel. Receipt didn't print again. This is a common theme. Went inside to get the receipt. I asked the attendant for a receipt for pump #14 because it didn't print again. He gave me the receipt and I thanked him. As I was walking out the door, he said, very sarcastically, THANK YOU........again. I don't need smart remarks from the attendant. They should be making sure that the pumps are printing receipts, not spending their time mocking customers. This attendant was an older African-American man. Don't need his smart mouth.

I think in order to be highly satisfied I would have had to take the time to focus on areas of concern mentioned in the survey. Indicating I was satisfied meant my needs were met without delay or complications. In essence, I got in, and I got out. In some respects my explanation could equate to a highly satisfied rating, therefore I would suggest you do not view a satisfied rating negatively.
