when looking at my online credit card statement, I have a $1 subtraction and $1 debit from Murphy. Why the extra charges?

I was self service and didn't go inside, it didn't really affect me either way

Really nothing specific, I just pumped gas and left.

The first pump I pulled up to the card reader did not work

First of all, there was 2 ladies and 1 man behind the counter and a line almost filled store, yet just the one lady was waiting on people. Also, every time i come here the ladies are very rude. I go by this store all the time, probably 5 or more times a week for gas, beer, cigs, etc. I have never been anything but polite, but they act like it is an inconvenience to grab me a few scratchers tickets or cash in tickets for me. I will gladly take my business elsewhere if this continues. I spend a lot of money here and all i ask is to be treated kindly.

used walmart card wasn't given discount

I asked for cigarettes, Marlboro Menthol 100's in a box. The price is great on cigarettes but time and time again attendants don't know their cigarette types, brands, or specifically what I'm asking for. The cigarettes I asked for are rarely inside and they always have to go outside to get them out of storage. The promotional carton is not easy to identify because it is a white carton instead it's normal appearance. I recommend requiring cigarettes like this have at least 1 pack out of each carton pulled out to verify it is what the customer asked for.

The cashier was very rude. She messed up my transaction yet didnt apologize for it.

I pushed the button for the lowest grade of fuel and started the pump when I turned around it was pumping the highest grade of fuel with the button I didn't touch lite up.
