I love shopping at Murphy's because that have the cheapest gas in town.

nothing is perfect but Murphy's is close to it.

This murphy was easy to get in and out every time I visit it.

I had an eoffer on my phone that they could not scan. The place was packed, I even took the screen protector of my phone and it still did not work. I was told, you can't use it. I said well what can be done. The lady said I would have to call and report it. I said give me the number. She said it would be on my receipt. Finally, because the offer appeared to still be showing up on my phone, she placed a call. She didn't get any help either and finally just took the $2 off my order ironically under customer satisfaction. Clerk told the person on the phone they had had others that the coupon would not scan. Apparently, they just left it at that. I was given these offers to get me in the store and it has worked, but if I have to go thru another round like I did yesterday, I will not be back. I am not happy about this.

there was only one attendant inside the facility. there were two registers but only one available because there was only one attendant. there were five people in line waiting for assistance when i went into facility. the facility is small so even with only five people waiting to be checked out, it was hard for other customers to get to other merchandise in the back of store , like beverages from the back of the store for example. i felt like i was in the way of other shoppers when i was in line waiting to pay for my merchandise.

Customers were lined up to the back of the store. There was only one cashier working. This is the way it is all the time.

Screen was broken and I was unable to read the messages

I went to use the pump and the slide for the credit card is broken and has been for a while as I had this problem before. I had to move to another pump to use my credit card at the pump.
