the pumps was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty, oil on the ground & liquids such as antifreeze was also on the ground, parking lot needed to be swept with pee gravel all over almost. All this almost caused disabled person to fall while walking with a cane. Gas prices was not the cheapest, found places cheaper even with the gift card discount. when going inside to mention about the restrooms needing attention they said thank you and they would get right on it. and done just that.

Too slow and rude person when I asked for help

I have been saving my coupon codes from purchases at Murphy USA. One of my codes says it expires September 8th 2016 and the attendant told me she could not accept it. the date I was using the code was September 8th 2016 so the code should be usable. without explanation she told me she could not accept it.Also I gave her two $2 lottery tickets one at the beginning of the transaction, the second one was in my purse which I remembered when I was about to pay. she took $2 off of my price. When I got a $2 lottery ticket with the second ticket she did not take off the second winning $2 ticket. so in my transaction today I was shorted $2 for lottery and $1.40 for gas. The line behind me was long so I just left. So I am not satisfied with that

Fell in parking lot, while trying to get out of vehicle to pump fuel. (Just getting off work - from a restaurant, with slip resistance shoes on). After getting up (in pain) asking for an incident report to be done. All the girl did was make 2 phone calls (2nd to the district manager). In which he never offer to ask if I was OK or even how bad or anything. Just said I don't think Murphy would pay for anything due to the weather. However, he also proceeds to tell me he wasn't no Dr. or insurance agent. His voice was in a professional manner where as his attude was not.

I have written several complaints about this particular attendant yet whenever I go in this store there she is screwing the simplest tasks up. I did not wait in a line but by the time I was done there was quite a line and another register had to open. Ridiculous for trying to purchase a lottery ticket and turning in a couple of winning tickets. The only reason I decided to write is to provide feedback so intelligent business decisions can be made. Looking at my 2015 expenditures at this location it only totaled about $1000 in fuel and products so maybe it's not worth addressing. It really doesn't matter to me what you decide to do because the attendant yet again tried to steal from me. In fact I don't believe she tried to steal, I think she's just so completely incompetent at her job she just cannot handle simple tasks associated with the work. I have been a manager for 30+ years and in that time I have only had to remove 2 people from their job, but this person cannot be left in this position if you want a successful business. The gift cards are not eligible at your pumps. It's been 4 days. I spend $400 per month on gas cards exclusively at Murphy/Walmart pumps and heard this location is not a priority to repair the gift cards until your technicians feel they can get to it. Very bad service for Walmart/Murphy. Unlikely to continue getting gas here.
